Aloha, Welcome to 'The Palm House' our home away from home on Kauai's mystical north shore - moments away from Hanalei Bay. We are located in the beautifully landscaped private Puamana complex between the Prince & Makai golf courses and just a short hike on the ancient trail to Anini beach. Open & airy with a bright quiet garden setting & contemporary tropical decor. Our 2-story townhome/condo has been decorated with all the comforts & convenience you would expect to enjoy in a tropical destination. There are (2) bedrooms & (2) full baths with a bonus loft sitting area. It is a spacious 1500 sq.ft. (2) level condo with open beam vaulted ceilings. The upstairs master suite has a king size platform bed & walk-in closet with an open loft overlooking the living area and a balcony lanai with a partial distant view of the ocean & a full view of the early morning sunrise. There is a twin trundle bed in the downstairs bedroom with a large closet and a small private lanai. Our favorite room is the spacious comfortable back covered lanai with a garden, semi enclosed with palm trees, tropical plants, colorful umbrellas & an orchid garden fringed with lush ferns. There is a feeling of serene privacy you would not expect in a resort complex. You can enjoy a break from your many adventures lounging on the large comfortable wicker couch & chairs or enjoy cocktails while barbecuing on the gas grill. We do most of our entertaining in this outside living area. We are a moments walk to the fenced-in pool or a 5-minute stroll to the Westin Resort for drinks at the bar, coffee at Starbucks or a leisurely meal at their outdoor restaurant. A 15-minute walk along landscaped sidewalks will take you to the Princeville Shopping Center, public library & children's playground. Princeville is a private community with its own public library, playground, a world renowned golf courses, tennis courts, large grocery store, various small boutique shops including a wine shop, ice cream store, jewelry store, toy store, designer shoe store, specialty soaps, clothing & a hardware store. There is also a convenient post office, mailing center, beauty salon & spa. There are many numerous delicious restaurants.
