Beautiful condominium on the ocean with private Lanai (balcony) with views of the whales and dolphins or you can watch the sea turtles. Great place to watch the sunset, too! Close to golfing and right out your door is a great place to go scuba diving or snorkeling. Beach is usually more children friendly during the Spring and summer months with smaller waves. Fall and Winter months have higher surf. Unit has A/C, but most guests are comfortable with the pleasant trades winds that blow providing fragrant breezes and wonderful sounds of the ocean. Our Building has water-cooled A/C which is not the same as the Air Conditioning that people are accustomed to. It will cool the unit, but it does not get really cold. 69-70 Degrees is about the maximum cooling.
