When you arrive at Tradewinds’ elegant location on one of Princeville’s best streets, you will know that you chose wisely. Your family and guests will be delighted by the private courtyard centred on the large pool with swim up bar, kids' pool, built in spa and two waterfalls. The poolside entertainment area features a Weber gas BBQ. After dark, glow in the dark European ceramic pool tile creates a wonderful ambiance for a relaxing evening dip. The front door of this 2500sf home is approached via the pool area and a large roofed poolside lanai. Additional roofed lanais total about 1000sf giving an expansive indoor/ outdoor living area. Entry is through one of two sliding walls totalling 30ft for seamless indoor/outdoor living . The large great room with clear fir vaulted ceiling features ample seating and 86" TV. This area includes the kitchen with Wolf, Bosch and Thermador appliances and beautiful blue glass island. Cool polished floors and elegant white, grey and blue tones add to the feeling of spaciousness throughout. Every detail of the home was meticulously designed over five years of owning the land before construction began. Two separate wings place each of the four main bedrooms on a corner for privacy. The pool side of the H shaped house faces North-East to capture the tradewinds. With 3 sided ventilation in all main rooms and bedrooms, breezes waft constantly throughout. Although individually controlled Mitsubishi silent AC is also provided, it is usually not needed. The four main bathrooms have Grohe rain showers and soaker tubs. The Den has its own ensuite with Grohe rain shower. Private lava rock garden showers with exposed copper rain heads and growing orchids open off both master bathrooms. The matching poolside shower is mounted on a beautiful decorated surfboard. Two equal but different covered great room lanais on opposite sides of the property offer choices of sun, shade, cool and warmth throughout the day and night.
