This guest room is the only guest room in the apartment. You will not be sharing the common areas with other travelers. The space Enjoy a historical Bostonian experience in this unique and beautiful c.1857 Queen Anne Victorian, situated in the middle of fantastic Union Sq. Take in the panoramic views of Boston from nearby Prospect Hill - where the first true American flag proudly flew in 1776. Less than a mile to Harvard Sq and MIT, public transportation is directly across the street. Independently owned cafes, a comic book store, record shop, breweries, pubs/live music/restaurants, yoga studios, gourmet/ethnic markets, grocery store, public library, laundry, Union Sq. Farmer's Market - all just steps away and only minutes from Downtown and the North End. At The Dollhouse, you are welcomed to relax on the lovely and unique "pocket" front porch, as you're surrounded by Historic "Doctor's Row" scenery. Upstairs, and attached to your room is a walk-out to the glorious private deck in the back, where you can check out the views of The Pru and downtown Boston. This charming and unique apartment has all the original Victorian woodwork, moldings and stained glass throughout. The bathroom is bright, airy, and delightfully detailed with an original faux fireplace. Upon arrival, you can just drop your bags and make yourself at home while you soak-in your 'wickid-ahhsome' Bostonian surroundings. There will always be fresh sheets, towels, bottled water, coffee & tea for the Dollhouse guests to enjoy. Guest access Free parking on the street is usually easy. The visitors parking permit goes on your dashboard. If you have a car more than a few days, you'll need a weekly permit so you need to let me know in advance. Please do not use the driveway unless we've arranged it in advance. Thanks During your stay See you in passing. I'm available if you need anything, otherwise I leave my guests alone. Other things to note The Neighborhood Restaurant has a great, cheap breakfast. It's just across the street. Also, Union Square Donuts and Bloc11 Cafe are on my street a few doors down. The new Union Sq (green line) T stop is 1/3 of a mile away.
