Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The cleaning and maintenance team keeps all buildings and grounds in perfect shape. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable. This resort consists of 200 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with fully equipped kitchens and small balconies or decks. Our units are air-conditioned and our multi-story buildings have elevators. Only a small number of units at this property have a partial ocean view. There are no barbecues on unit decks, however there are four common area barbecue areas located on the property.
