Algiers Point is a quaint village of historic homes and locally owned businesses. A short walk to the Algiers-Canal St. Ferry Terminal, then a 5 min ride to the French Quarter and Downtown Area. The neighborhood is a safe, quiet retreat close to all the action that New Orleans has to offer! We like to say it's our small town in the big city! The space Our private shotgun style apartment is a 950 sq ft newly renovated space that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and a living room. Each bedroom features its own private entrance. The private apartment is on the first floor of a 110+ year old home that has been the residence of some of Algiers Points' most renowned and respected families. The apartment was recently renovated from floor to ceiling and decorated with our own fun, eclectic New Orleans art collection! Our apartment is great for couples, families, friends or solo travelers. You'll love the cozy historic neighborhood & close proximity to the French Quarter. We provide all the basic necessities to ensure a peaceful & comfortable stay! If you need anything, just ask! Guest access You will have access to your entire private two bedroom apartment and laundry facilities if needed. We also encourage our guests to visit our tropical patio. Our home is your home. Other things to note There is free and safe street parking surrounding our home, you will never have to walk far. We also have a private driveway where you can unload and load up your luggage to make it that much easier. Just please find a spot after! We have ample discounts for guests staying in excess of seven and thirty days. We have two Wifi networks to ensure you are covered wherever you are in the apartment. We also have a laptop work station in case you need to get some work done. Hopefully not too much though, you're in New Orleans!
