Our home is nested in the Washington Neighborhood, blocks from coffee shops, a grocery store, micro breweries, restaurants, and walking and biking paths. Right across the street from a park where kids can play and community garden! Enjoy the kitchen, living space, yoga/meditation room, and outdoor patio along with access to Wifi and netflix! The space The two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. There is also a yoga/meditation room, complete with yoga mats and aroma diffuser. There are three stairs to the front entrance. Guest access There is plenty of street parking for FREE with no time limits or requirements to move, otherwise there is our resident parking lot at the South side of the building. The basement is off limits. The rest of the house and patio is available to use and enjoy. Other things to note I enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and hope my guests do too. To be mindful of my neighbors and community, I ask that 9pm-9am quiet hours are observed. No parties or rowdy activities allowed. Guests have access to kitchen, back patio, yoga/meditation space, and main living spaces. If preparing meals or using spaces, please keep clean and picked up.
