This one-bedroom suite offers one queen bed, a full kitchen with granite counter tops stove, oven, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dining table, private deck with partial ocean views, private bathroom, living room with gas fireplace, TV, and pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to two guests. Sleeps four comfortably. Also includes a telephone, WiFi, and central air conditioning. The space By the Sea Guests is a beachfront boutique hotel, located in Dennis Port, MA on Cape Cod. You'll notice historical charms still present in the decorations and architecture, met with modern touches. Located in a central location with the biggest white sanded beach on the direct strip, the inn is a perfect destination for a quiet retreat for couples or a fun reunion with family and friends. The beach is lined with nice lounge chairs, umbrellas, and even beach games for entertainment. There is a lobby that is open in the summer months, available for inquiries and concierge. Full, hot breakfast is available for an add-on to all guests May through October. It's Chef's selection, using fresh local ingredients in the daily menu. Free WiFi is included, as well as one complimentary parking space. Parking is very limited so we ask that you plan in advance. All rooms are non-smoking. In addition, seating areas, the enclosed veranda, microwave, gas grill, fire pit, coin-operated laundry, and beach towels are available for guests to use in common areas. All rooms include a full, private bathroom, TV, and mini fridge. Daily maid service is available if you hang the housekeeping card on your doorknob. The inn has a total of three floors and there is no elevator within the building. Please note, any of our policies, such as masks, breakfast, check-in process, and maid service can change at any time without notice based on the latest health guidelines as we adapt to COVID. Guest access The suites are located in the big, white building closest to the road. The lobby where your envelope is located, is the big building closest to the beach. Just follow the brick path. Other things to note Incidents, such as damages, missing items, messes, lost keys, rule breaks, etc. may be charged to your account upon check-out. This room is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Incidents will incur if in violation.
