Take a warm bath in the Jacuzzi tub and expect to be amazed at the possible sightings of bald eagles, blue heron, ducks, deer and other wildlife! Enjoy your meal outdoors with the views of the Hermits cave, and the winding Miller's river from the deck. The Farley Ledges, according to the Western Massachusetts Climbers' Coalition, has THE best climbing in all of New England. The ledge is a 5 minute walk from the house and is visible from the property. The backyard is equipped with a charcoal grill ( charcoal and wood can provided for an additional fee),fire pit and hammock for your relaxation. Full eat-in kitchen with a large Fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster WiFi (for browsing and emails only), Cable,65” LED flat screen TV/ Playstation 3 with a couple of games and movies. The Master bedroom has a King Bed with a sliding door for more great views and outdoor access. The master bedroom also has a queen/full futon. The second bedroom is smaller but has a queen bed with an incredible view. This property was part of a Mill that was destroyed in 1890 and you can see some of the old structures on the premises. Come in, close the door and have your own experience! Guest access Guests have access to the main level of the house and not the basement. All of the outdoor is available for the guests to explore. Other things to note The house is pretty secluded from neighbors, but the Freight train track is across from the house. The windows (triple pane with krypton) cut down noise from the train, but you can still hear it. The traffic from the train is not high ( about 2 to 3 a day) but you know when they are going by.
