A 25 minuets bus ride will take you to Port Authority Bus Terminal by Time Square. A few bus stops to Journal Square PATH train station, where you can take subway to WTC / Manhattan downtown. Easy access to grocery, restaurants. One queen bed, bedding & towels, local & Netflix TV, desk, wardrobe w lock, washer/dryer. 28+ days stay only The space This is a co-living apartment on 2nt floor with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This listing is a small cozy room for 1~2 people with a big a queen bed, a small desk for working and a locked wardrobe for storage. The kitchen, dining, living room and 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer are shared. Apartment and rooms are fully stocked. You will join the monthly lease for this entire furnished apartment with other roommates. All bills are included in the price. Weekly cleaning for the shared area is provided. Guest access - A code lock is installed on the house front door. A special code will be created for each guest for his/her booking period. It will expire after he/she checkout. - You will have full and exclusive access to your bedroom. - You can lock your wardrobe (and room while you're inside) to keep your stuff safe and secure. - You can access the shared living space, dining space, kitchen, and 2 full bathroom. - Only 1~2 tenants in each bedroom. There are 5 bedrooms in this apartment. - One of the 2 Parking spaces (Rare for this area!) in the driveway can be reserved at $150/month when it is available. It is safe to park your car in the street. But you need buy $5/day street parking permit from Jersey City Parking Authority at 394 Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07307. During your stay Once we accept your booking, we will send you the code to open the house front entrance door and apartment door. You do not need to meet us. During your stay, you can always contact us through airbnb.com message and phone text message. We do provide phone # for immediate assistant and emergency contact. Your formal Check-In time will be 4:00pm or later. Normally, the previous guest will check out before 11:00 am, then our housekeeper will need a few hours to clean the apartment. For special arrangement, you may come as early as 12:00pm to drop your luggage in the apartment. If you come earlier than 12:00pm. You can drop your luggage in a storage place or in basement, and then come back later when the apartment is ready at 4pm. But you must contact us at least one day before your check-in to verify if we can arrange the early check-in for you. Your formal Check-out time will be: 11:00am. Our apartments are usually booked back to back, and our housekeeper needs enough time to thoroughly clean up the apartment. Therefore the check out time is firm. However, if really needed, you may keep your luggage in the storage or in basement and come back to pick up them later. But you must contact us at least one day earlier to arrange that. Other things to note This is a co-living house. We are looking for quiet, clean, friendly, and responsible folks who are happy to share the apartment with other screened tenants. We try to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy. If you enjoy loud music, loud arguments, and want to invite a lot of your own friends to apartment, this co-living space is NOT suitable for you. - You need to add your name to and sign a monthly rental lease together with other roommates. The monthly apartment rental lease will be renewed every month. - You need to read and agree on the house rules 1). No candle or incense burning anywhere in the building. 2). No loud music, loud argument anytime. (Use an earbud for your music enjoyment). 3) Quiet time: 10:00 pm~ 8:00 Am 4). No extra guest stays overnight without approval from the host 5). Wash all the pans, pots, dishes, bowls, etc cooking / dining ware immediately after your use them, and put them back in your assigned kitchen cabinet. (if you make the shared area dirty, we may send a warning for the first time. from the second time, we need to collect a fine up to $30~200 to pay for the cleaning of the apartment shared area after you). 6). Respect and cooperate with our cleaning staff when he/she cleans the apartment shared area twice a week. 7). In a safety emergency situation, the host or representative of the host has the right to get into your room to handle the safety issues. There is a wardrobe in your room with a lock on it.
