Sunny Riverside Apartment

The Berkshires are a perfect spot for a getaway week or weekend. You will enjoy this cozy 2-story apartment, easily accessible to all that the region has to offer. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living area, and two bedrooms, overlooking the Housatonic River. Every town in South County is 5-15 minutes drive, and in 50 minutes you could be at The Clark Museum or Mass MOCA in North County. Several ski areas are nearby, and Kripalu is just an easy 10 minute drive. The space This is a delightful garden apartment attached to my home/business with its own entrance. I am readily available and friendly, but also happy to give you your space if you prefer. The price is excellent for an entire apartment in the Berkshires, and you will love the location. Note that we are on the main road that links Lee to Stockbridge - not tons of traffic, especially at night - but if you are a light sleeper sensitive to morning traffic, this may not be to your liking. The main bedroom has high-quality twin beds that are bound together as a King, but can also be pulled apart and used as twins. Note that the full bath is attached to the larger bedroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed but no bath (must use the bath in the master bedroom or the half bath located in the downstairs living room. There is also a couch in the downstairs living room that folds down into a comfortable full-size bed. The stairs up to the bedrooms are steep. This is an old Colonial house which has been updated, but it is still a vintage 200 year old house. Please take this into consideration if stairs are difficult for you or anyone in your party.
