The beach is a one minute walk down the paved driveway with a small parking lot available. This cherished property can host families & large groups looking to enjoy time on Martha's Vineyard. A short walk from downtown Vineyard Haven, you can enjoy the tranquility of our property & the convenience of town. Please note that rentals are 1 week minimum (Saturday-Saturday). The space Enjoy the views, private beach, and short walk to Main St. Vineyard Haven at our beloved home. The sandy beach is protected - the calm waters are safe for children and perfect for swimming & boating. The walk to town is about 5 to 10 minutes. We have ample parking for several cars at the home. The first floor has a master suite (bathroom attached), half bath, kitchen, laundry, and living room as well as large open front and back porches. The second floor has the 4 other bedrooms (2 queens and 2 double singles), 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath. There is plenty of parking on property for guests. There is a grill and outdoor seating as well. Guest access Guests may access the entire home.
