Steps from downtown and the state Capitol, this spacious room and adjoining bathroom are nearby to museums and visitor attractions. With lovely pool access and a full kitchen this will serve business or pleasure travelers well. The space Just around the corner from the state Capitol and State Museum this space is near to history and fun. The Spanish Town Market, just a block away, supplies groceries and hot meals as well as sandwiches and salads. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize the full Kitchen, pool, yard, and porch along with their room and full bath. Common areas of the house are not often utilized when air B and B guests are present. We communicate with guests when anyone else will be on site for any reason. Your booking is for a room. Your full bathroom is just outside your room. This property has an office, kitchen, conference room and other common areas. Rbis is not a whole house listing. During your stay Proprietor is available on demand. Other things to note This property has bedrooms located upstairs. This is not a whole house listing. This property will have the the owners items and work materials present including food or snacks in the kitchen and other items. Please make sure you are not expecting a space 100% free of evidence other humans exist. Your room will be free if the owners items. Other spaces may not. This is not a whole house listing, though you are welcome to access the house. Downstairs the owner has an office with a conference room. The owner is in and out of the property, but generally doesn't utilize the upstairs or limits personal access to it, especially when there are guests on the premises. You have to walk through the conference room to get to the pool location. All this is good information to keep in mind, especially if you are staying during the week when the owner will be present more often. We do not allow "parties" at our property. We have two rooms listed on the property. If you wish to have more than two overnight guests you need to book both rooms. And then the limit for overnight guests is four people. If you have visitors during the day pool use is limited to 3 people if you've booked one room, or 6 people if you've booked two rooms, INCLUDING the overnight guests assigned to each room. Unfortunately, we've had to limit numbers as people have tried to use this as a venue for social events including children's birthday parties. Although the property is suitable for children we don't allow large gatherings of children on the property because the require proper supervision around the pool. The pool is not heated. Guests should utilize the half bath downstairs, and the full bath upstairs during their stay. There is another full bath that is about to be renovated downstairs that, although functional, isn't as useful as the other two bathrooms.
