This amazing home is centrally located to explore the city of New Orleans as locals do. Centrally located near the Fairgrounds, the French Quarters, New Orleans Museum of Art and City Park you won't be far from anything. You will be within Walking distance to the Jazz Festival. The space A 1,000 square foot apartment located on the first floor of my home. In many other places, it would be a basement apartment, but of course, New Orleans is below sea level, so we don’t have true basements. It is, however, a lovely ground floor apartment that has a connecting door to stairs that lead to our upstairs living space. Once guests arrive, this door stays locked. YOU WILL HAVE FULL AND COMPLETE PRIVACY!! Upon entering the apartment, you enter an open living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave as well as a coffee station. Other areas include a private bedroom with a queen size bed, and an open space with a full-size bed, There is a spacious bathroom with separate entrances from the private bedroom as well as the open areas. A washer/dryer is in the apartment with detergent and dryer sheets provided. To get you going, water and sodas are in the Fridge. Sleeping Arrangements: There is a private bedroom, with a queen size bed and a flat screen television. From this bedroom, you enter a spacious bathroom fully equipped with plenty of fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. There is also a separate area with a full-size bed, love seat, and large flat screen television. A comfortable sofa bed with a gel filled mattress is in the liv/den area. Guest access Access to the apartment is through a wrought iron gate at the side of the house (to your left, facing the house). You will enter the apartment under a covered patio at the rear of the house. You are welcome to enjoy the patio as well as the back yard. Other things to note Off street parking is not provided.
