If you are looking for relaxation, adventure, or fun there is something for everyone. This is an updated duplex; offering identical upper and lower apartment. Each unit sleeps 6. The apartment features an kitchen, dinning area, living room, three bedrooms and one bath. The property is just three houses off the beach! This property is pet free due to allergies The space Lower Unit/Apartment- 3 Bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 KITCHEN: Clean and bright with full size range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. LIVING ROOM: A 32' Smart LED HDTV and Sony Wi-Fi Blu-Ray/DVD player are provided for your viewing entertainment. WASHER/DRYER: A new full size high efficiency washer and dryer is provided. Central A/C and Heat is provided to keep you comfortable. BEDROOMS- each comes equipped with ceiling fans, a 24' LED HDTV, and Sony Wifi Blu-Ray/DVD player Bedroom #1: Queen size, small closet in bedroom Bedroom #2: Double size, no closet W/D located in closet. Bedroom #3: 2 Twin size beds, small closet, in bedroom. WI-FI: High Speed Wireless Internet Service is provided for your convenience. OFF STREET PARKING: 2 spots per unit. Lower unit 2 spots in the, long part of the driveway, located on the left side of house. GAS GRILL is provided- one per unit. YOU USE THE GAS GRILL AT YOUR OWN RISK! OUTSIDE SHOWER: A {shared} outside shower with Hot & Cold water is provided. The shower features a changing area with a bench, large mirror, and NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED! NO PETS IN THE UNITS OR ON THE PROPERTY!! Unfortunately this includes all service animals, due to allergies other guests may have. NO CANDLES, TIKKI TORCHES OR FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 (adults or children). More then 6 guests will be evicted will no refund. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OFFERING YOU A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE FAMILY VACATION HOME. THE UNIT MUST BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION IT WAS FOUND. ANY EXCESSIVE DIRT OR DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR SECURITY. It is impossible to guarantee that all appliances, hot water heaters, air conditioning, internet/tv, dishwasher etc, will be in working order 100%of the time of your stay. However, we do make every effort to have items repaired during the guest’s lease period. Fireplace located in living room is for show only. IT IS NON FUNCTIONAL. Any personal items brought on the premises is the guests responsibility. Owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen or items left behind. PLEASE NOTE, that like most properties on LBI we do not provide linens, towels, paper or personal products. We do provide pillows and a quilt that can be used as a blanket.
