The space Our family is slowly building Gash Creek Camp with care and intention—and we’re excited to share it with couples seeking a peaceful escape into nature. This listing is for one luxury tent, and you'll be the only guests on the property. Tucked among the trees, your private canvas tent features a cozy memory foam queen bed, curated vintage furnishings, and a small woodstove for warmth in the cooler seasons. You’ll also enjoy electricity, an overhead fan, and now—climate control for summer A/C and supplemental heat when needed. A short walk up the trail brings you to the newly remodeled bathhouse with a shower, toilet, and full-size washer and dryer. The adjacent camp kitchen is fully stocked for two, with a 2-burner stovetop, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and open shelving for easy prep. Outside, unwind in your private shaded dining area with a picnic table, gas grill, and a gas firepit with lounge chairs—perfect for sipping wine under the stars. While there are neighbors in the area, access to the camp is through a locked gate, ensuring privacy. You’ll have full access to our 9 wooded acres, and the mountain behind us is state forest land, open for hiking and exploring. We're just a text away and have someone nearby in case of emergencies. Whether you're here to hike, relax, or just unplug and reconnect, we hope this little pocket of Montana offers just the kind of retreat you need. Other things to note A Place to Truly Unplug At Gash Creek Camp, our goal is to create space for real connection—without the usual distractions. There’s no Wi-Fi, and cell service varies depending on your provider. We invite you to embrace the slower pace, the laughter around the fire, and the quiet of the woods. The two tents are spaced approximately 100 feet apart, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together. The bathhouse is also about 100 feet from the nearest tent—close enough for convenience, but far enough to enjoy the peace of nature. A Note on Nature This property borders forestland, and with that comes the possibility of seeing wildlife—deer, elk, and even bears or mountain lions, just like you might on a traditional camping trip. Please stay aware as you move around the land, especially with children, and treat the outdoors with the respect it deserves.
