Other things to note Beach essentials include umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and cooler bag for guest use. There is no snorkel gear because of safety reasons. Any snorkel gear in unit may have been left by previous guests. The recreation deck will be closed during upcoming renovations beginning approximately April 7th 2025 through May 2026. Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests periodically as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. IMPORTANT NOTICE on parking pass. If not returned on departure, the cost is $250 to replace the parking pass.
