We have 4 bed rooms upstairs. Three queen beds, one full bed, one twin bed,one child size jr bed, guest bathroom upstairs and one master queen -bed room with attached full master bath room. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room and a deck. Driveway parks 4 vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on. The space Our home is very spacious and comfortable. We have a baby port-a-crib, high chair, and toys available upon request. When you reserve the full house, you have the entire main level, deck, back yard and upstairs with the bedrooms and baths. The basement is not included in your house rental. We have a basement apt with separate private entrance that is available as a listing or the owners also stay there. It is locked and not available for the full house renters., unless it is rented separately . This is NOT a good home for larger, loud, party groups. Parking in the drive will be arranged before you arrive. The vehicles can be pulled up to the garage so the sidewalk is not blocked. You cannot park on our side of the street. There is only parking across the street allowed by the city. The street is fairly busy. We do not want parties or other people who are not on the reservation to be in the house. This has caused too much noice inside and out! The person who makes the reservation must be the last person to check out and be responsible for the check out guidelines. This is our home and we enjoy sharing but certainly appreciate others taking good care of things. Requests for a couple hours of a birthday party or something special is welcome, but we like to be asked for that kind of addition on the property. Guest access The main level and upstairs. Includes a deck off the kitchen, which also exits to the back yard. You will park and come in the front door. You will be given self check in directions or be greeted by us, as your visit approaches depending on your arrival times. Other things to note We would like a 1-hour notification of arrival time and estimated departure time! To keep billing simple for you, a 5% Room Rental Tax required and paid by us to the State of Iowa has been included in your nightly rental rate.
