4 bedroom 2 bath home on Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Built in 1942, and newly refurbished with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Natchitoches. When reserving Little Big House, count each person that will be staying as a guest. No pets The space Little Big House is on highway 494 and has parking in front of the home. Outside cameras are for your safety and the safety of our home. Vehicles are not allowed in the back of the property or to park on the side of the home. The property does have Cane River frontage but does NOT have a dock on the property. The neighbors have a dock but renters are not allowed to use it. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Cleaning supplies are available. No petsGuests are responsible to clean spills that might occur. Please put all trash in bags and put in the outside dumpster.
