Summer 2026 Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 nights) Saturday June 27 to Saturday morning September 5 2026. This 25 year old home that has all the amenities that you will need and sits a 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean with a 1 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. With enough parking for 3 cars and is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, arcade, and 2 ice cream shops. Foosball table, ping pong table, bumper pool table, & Air hockey table for entertaining the kids also. The bed setup is ; first floor bedroom has a Queen bed. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. In first bedroom is a Queen bed, second bedroom is a Queen bed, and third bedroom are two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths. Also there is a outdoor shower. There is central a/c for the house to make your stay comfortable in the Summer months. There is wifi and there is cable. There is a grille on the deck, if you use please clean and shut off after use. It is filled with propane. The house had Central A/C. Five people max for house. Extra guest would be extra fee max guests at home/property is 5 at all times. Other things to note Must be 21 to book.Also for later checkout then 10am or earlier checkin then 2pm and if its possible on my end I will, just ask but I do charge an extra 25 dollars per hour for it. Also note, there are 2 outdoor cameras on the property. One in the front and one in the back. They are there for the protection, safety, and integrity of our property, thank you. Pets must be house trained, not allowed on furniture or beds, non shedding pets only, only allowed on first floor, and must be in a pet crate when you leave the house.Also no large dogs.
