Our spacious, inviting home consists of a charming antique section connected to a large, light-filled modern addition, with lovely grounds, screened porch, deck & stone patio. The nearest beach, small and great for families, is one mile away. It is two miles to one of the Cape's most beautiful beaches. Walking distance to the Shining Sea Bikeway, playgrounds and shops. Close to restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf. Equipped with beach chairs, yard games, & gas grill for a relaxing, fun vacation! The space Our home is ideal for extended families, as many have attested. It has six bedrooms divided evenly on either end of the house, with the great room in the center and a cozy family/tv room providing communal gathering places. There is also plenty of room to spread out, with a fireplaced library/office and 'parlor'/reading room if privacy is desired. Guest access Our guests rent the entire home and grounds, which are just under an acre. A variety of outside seating areas include a comfortable screened porch, a wood deck overlooking the garden and yard and a great spot for socializing over dinner, and a private stone patio surrounded by garden. Large trees ring the property and grassy lawns on either side of the home offer opportunities for family games and for kids to run and let off steam.
