We have 2 FREE parking spots at the building, first come first served (for 3 units). There is also street parking and public parking lots for $5/night The space This beautiful and cozy apartment with backyard is located in small apartment building. 20 minutes commute to Times Square by bus, 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 6 minutes walk to a park with stunning view of Manhattan and playground for kids (must visit, great spot for taking pictures!) This apartment is good for 6 guest: master bedroom with Queen size bed (good for 2), living room with two sofa beds (good for 4), closets with hangers in each bedroom, 1 full size bathrooms with bathtubs and shower heads, full kitchen in the apartment. We want you to feel like home and enjoy your time in New York without worrying about little things, that is why we provide everything you might need during your stay. You are welcome to use everything that is available in the apartment: - FREE wifi - FREE coffee & tea - 55’’ smart TV - bed sheets and towels - kitchenware, flatware, pots, etc. - soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - all of the appliances Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We conduct a thorough inspection of the property after each guest’s departure. If any damages or rule violations are discovered, we reserve the right to request additional charges to cover the cost of repairs or cleaning. - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. No music or any noise after 10pm. - Parties are NOT allowed. If there is any small event held in the house, Post-event cleaning fee is charged ($150-$250). Any event should be communicated with the host beforehand. No Confetti, please. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment (No cigarettes, drugs, or hookah). Violators of this rule are subject to fine $300 +tax. It is extremely important as we have a family-friendly condo. Any commotion after 10pm enables the neighbors to lodge a complaint
