Short distance to the Rail Trail, golf, tennis, pickle ball, kayaking, nearby beaches, restaurants & shopping. Welcome individual or couple. (2 bedrooms, garage & basement inaccessible). Sometimes I occupy the lower level which is completely separate, with own entrance & parking. No pets. No smoking. Guest access Private 2 car parking, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and 12’x24’ deck with patio furniture The two levels living space are completely separate and secured from each other, the only exception is a laundry facilities which could be made available for a week or longer stay if desired.
