Walk to the Convention Center and some of the best attractions NOLA has to offer, or take a short drive to the French Quarter. Watch Mardi Gras parades on St Charles Ave from your own rooftop patio, or take a ride on the streetcar. Two private bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, open-concept living area, fully-equipped kitchen w/coffee and wifi. Washer and dryer in unit. Office nook with desk for business travelers. The space The Condo is a private two bedroom, two bathroom with a modern kitchen, dining, and living room with an office nook for business travelers. Furnished with fresh linens and towels and kitchen and bath essentials, and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC and Heat—everything you need for an exceptional stay. Furnished bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, closet and drawer storage, and an iron and ironing board for guests. You will find a hair dryer and toiletries in your bathroom. The kitchen has a coffee bar set up, a microwave, and all you need for cooking a meal. Business travelers will find a quiet office desk, and guests will find a washer and dryer available for use in the unit. Historic building has key code access and is monitored by video security. Ask us if you have any specific needs, we will do our best to accommodate! Guest access Guests Have Full Access to the #303 Condo Unit with Private Rooftop Patio. Garage Parking Spot #303 is for Guests. Garage Door Opener is in the Condo Unit. Garage entry on the side street is one way road - must got to St Charles Ave to get on Calliope to enter (map provided in Condo). Guests are welcome to relax by the pool during posted pool hours. Access to the pool is thru the garage on the ground floor. Unregistered guests not on your registration are not allow to visit or stay the building during your stay. Other things to note This Condo is a 3rd floor walk-up with stair access only, and no elevator. From the front door take the Main Stairs in the Foyer Up to the 2nd Floor & follow the hallway towards the back of the building to find the back staircase up to the 3rd floor. Unit #303. Garage Door Opener inside Condo. Garage entry for parking is on the side of building (Calliope Street). Space #303. To access the garage, follow the back staircase down to the floor level.
