As featured on Staycation (Cape Cod, Episode 1), this 3,300 sq ft beach house is tucked on a quiet dead-end street, just a 7-minute walk to Silvershell Beach and 20 minutes to the town center. A refined yet welcoming family retreat, it’s thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped for children, with a playroom, curated toys, and books. Amenities include mini-split A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and a beautifully renovated lower level for kids. The space The upstairs part of our home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 fulll baths. One of these bedrooms upstairs is furnished as an office with a queen sized bed and closet. There is an infrared sauna in the primary bedroom which guests are welcome to use. Downstairs we have a powder room, open kitchen/dining space, formal living room, playroom, and a den off the kitchen (tv is here). There is only one tv in the house. Outside you will find a front deck, backyard patio with fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the basement contains a laundry room with the washer/dryer. We have two small kids and use non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible and do not allow shoes in the house. All of the mattresses are new and non-toxic and/or organic. The bed linens are also all top quality. We are located on a dead-end street. Silvershell beach is a 2 min drive or 8 minute walk away. Our kids love biking in our long driveway and to the end of the street and back. The house is about .7 mile to town center, where you can find a coffee shop, restaurant, general store, and a few other local stores. It's a very quaint town! We love our space and think it is very special and hope to share it with others :)
