Air conditioners and smart TV with basic cable. 10 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to all the cool restaurants of Cookman Ave and 3 blocks to the train to NYC. New bathroom just built. The space Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with island seating. The covered wrap around porch is great for catching up with friends and huge yard for games and bbq! Spacious dining room with table for gathering together. Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee plus starter coffee packs. Come with less stuff! We supply paper goods, foils and wrap, ziplock bags, towels , sheets, blankets, pillows and soaps. The great music venues of Asbury Park are less than a mile away. This house has steep stairs to second floor. (13 steps)There are two bathrooms and one is on the first floor. This rental will not be suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs. Yard is fully fenced in with gate. Guest access The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy. Beach chairs and beach towels are on site for your use. Other things to note This house is pet friendly and those with allergies should be aware. If you are bringing a pet please register them as a guest.
