Faber Lane is a 5 bedroom home offering a bright and open floor plan. 100 steps off a private beach, it's the perfect home base for a family vacation at the Jersey Shore. We unfortunately do not offer our home for events, bachelorette/bachelor parties or large groups. Our home just went through a significant renovation in Winter 2017. The brand new kitchen is a chef's dream; there is a 36" Wolf oven, farmhouse sink, and fully stocked with cooking appliances/utensils to whip up a delicious meal. Stock the beverage center with your favorite drinks and wines to relax after a long beach day! The first floor features a Dining Room with table sitting 6, our kitchen/living room, 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Our second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom which were all renovated this winter 2018. Our large, fenced in backyard is ideal for summer evening BBQs and a reprieve from the beach. Featuring 6 chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor grill, and 2 outdoor tables there is plenty of room for your whole family! Shower off after a long day in our outdoor shower. Brand new bluestone patio and INGROUND POOL. Faber Lane is fully equipped with wifi, a flatscreen 43 inch TV in living room and a SONOS system which can easily hook up to play your favorite music. Neighborhood: We are centrally located to all of the fun the shore offers. While our home is on a very quiet street, we are only a 15 minute drive from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Point Pleasant Boardwalk if you are looking for some energy! The house is also a short walk from the Barnegat Bay and a public park with a jungle gym which is perfect for fishing and crabbing. Restaurants: You might be interested in heading out to eat at some point during your stay. Faber Lane is a very short distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes. We are walking distance from Charlie's Farmers Market (serving breakfast/lunch, fresh produce to go and the best cheesecake at the shore!), Used to Be's (bar & restaurant), and Blu Sushi. Driving distance from Theresa's South (BYOB Italian), Charlie's of BayHead and BlueFin Station.
