First floor (Elevated) has kitchen, family room, outdoor deck with seating and barbecue, powder room, laundry room, master bedroom #1. Second floor has Master bedroom #2, three other bedrooms, hall bath with double sinks. Ground level has garage, storage area with extra refrigerator, access to outside shower and hot tub. Guest access Access to entire property. Off street Parking on stones around house. $1,100 per night for stays of seven nights or more. Other things to note Up to Ten Beach badges will be provided but must be returned/ left at the house. Beach access is one block away and is visible from the house. Large hot tub/spa in back yard is available to guests in season.
