Private Room and Living Area Centrally Located

This was my first house, and I have since moved into a different place and turned this into a full time Airbnb. Great for traveling professionals. This space is a private living area with furnished bedroom, living room, and bathroom. There is a separate entrance from the outside. You would also have access to the upstairs kitchen as well as backyard patio area. I’m centrally located in Atlantic just up the street from the YMCA. More bedrooms available if needed upstairs, so just ask! The space The room is fully furnished with a bed, closet, and dresser. I have a nice living room area with Smart TV. A private bathroom with stand up shower is also included. Guest access Along with the mentioned you’d also have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and fenced in backyard. During your stay I live at a different location, but still in town, so if I'm around I'm happy to assist. Other things to note I’m flexible so anything you need/want to enjoy your experience I’ll see what I️ can do
