Beautiful home near I80, near Iowa Speedway

We have a huge house with 3 extra bedrooms now that our kids are all gone. Access to full size kitchen (we have 2 full kitchens), we live on a farm so there is access to our trails in our timber, pond for fishing, town is 4 miles away, Iowa Speedway is just up the road, there is a bar/restaurant/golf driving range right across the road. Historical Pella is only 25 minutes away. Des Moines is about 40 minutes away. Adventureland is 25 minutes The space Our beautiful home features a full kitchen for your use. Private bathrooms. TV's in common area. Hot tub available. Walking trails through our timber. Pond for fishing. Bar/restaurant directly across street. Other things to note Guest rules: *Please don't worry about making the beds when you leave. I have to change sheets anyway. *Please park away from the 2 stall garage. We both work full time and need to be able to get our cars out. *Please ask if you need to do a load of laundry. I will show you where everything is. *Our home is not overly kid friendly. Please keep an eye on your children at all times. *Please feel free to use our extra kitchen and any thing in it. If you can't find something, please ask and I will get it for you. *Please feel free to use our pool. Children must be supervised at all times. *Please enjoy our walking trails on our property. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. *Please feel free to use our pond for fishing. No swimming please. There are very large snapping turtles in there. Please pick up and take any trash with you when you leave. We like it kept clean. *Although we recommend not bringing a pet with you because vacation and traveling is just more fun without having to worry about a pet (and it's stressful on the pet being in a new environment), but if you must bring a pet with you, please let us know. We also have pets, so we need to plan accordingly. We have an indoor cat and your pet must be able to get along with her as I won't lock her up in her own home just to allow you to bring your pet. Please only bring pets that are completely house broke. If your pet uses our indoor space as a bathroom, there will be additional fees that will occur for you. If plan to leave the pet to go somewhere, please bring a kennel for the pet to stay in while you are gone. *While we don't mind if you drink a can of our pop or water, please ask before doing so. Please only consume beverages you bring with you unless you ask. *We do have cameras in our main living areas, this is for your safety and ours.
