Very kid friendly house, lots of games and movies and craft supplies for the children's use. Also, beach toys, beach buggy, and boogie boards. An easy 4 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Popponesset Marketplace including shops, dining, music, mini golf. One mile drive to public boat ramp, marina with rentals, children's museum. You will have a beach flag, which is required for our private beaches. Basement is for laundry use only, and owner storage. Total occupancy not to exceed 6 at any time! No more than 3 vehicles parking. Not suitable for guests under 30. Interior wood stove is for decoration ONLY! Other things to note We provide bed linens, and bath towels., but not beach towels. We provide dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Guests provide their own food /condiments/consumables.
