The space Welcome to my spacious and beautiful classic New England home. This 3-bedroom home can easily accommodate 7 people. This gem has been simply renovated, keeping its traditional charms, as well as furnished with contemporary finishes & decor. Located in a super well-connected public transportation hub. A Short distance from downtown Boston, as well as a short distance to Cambridge. This home is located on the second floor of a two-family home and has plenty of windows with lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. There is high-speed internet. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds, one room with a full-size bed, and a convertible sofa that can be converted into a twin-size bed. A twin bed can only accommodate one adult(requires advance notice to set up for a guest to sleep on). Each room will also have a mirror and a chair. A work desk and chair can be shared in the common area, and there are several lighting options. [Mobility note: Home is located on the second floor which has 2 sets of stairs to climb.] There will always be clean, fresh sheets, towels, shampoo, and conditioner provided for your stay. We provide up to a week’s stay of essential supplies. The washer and dryer are located in a semi-finished basement. More information There is a driveway with TANDEM parking (shared) as well as free street parking with a permit I can provide. Please inform us in advance if you are driving and need a parking space; if not, then we may not have free parking for you. Note - extra guest fee required after the fourth guest, so please do not misstate the number of guests that are staying. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment as well as a shared backyard space equip with outdoor furniture. Other things to note It is a self-check-in with a code lock. Parking Situation: Driveway space is limited so it is not always guaranteed. Street Parking available. Guests shall follow street rules on the street signs for street parking at their own discretion. We have limited parking permits for guests to use. It's free to use a parking permit if it's still available but the guest needs to contact the host to use it and shall return back before check out. Failure to return parking permit will result in a penalty fee charge of $100.
