A unique 650 square foot ground floor apt across the street from Front Beach. 6 minute walk from the Rockport MBTA . There is a separate bedroom with a queen mattress and a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The pullout sofa is best for teens or smaller kids . There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is another room with a sink and shower. The kitchen area is more like a kitchenette than a full-size kitchen. We provide one parking spot next door at The Cove parking lot. The space There is a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, small convection toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, Keurig Machine. Coffee ,Tea, cream, and sugar provided. Front Beach is accessible from across the street. There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet and another separate bathroom with just a sink and shower. Guest access Separate entrance and exit no common area to mix with other people! Other things to note We’re very flexible on checking in and checking out. Come early if the place is free!
