Room in a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom garden apartment right next to orange line T stop and bus hub. Downtown Boston (8 min), Logan Airport, and Cambridge (15 min by bus). New mini split AC in each room. This pet and smoke free apartment has fully equipped kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and range hood. Bedroom with hardwood floor, very comfortable full size bed, large window, lock on the bedroom door. Clean, well equipped, and fully supplied bathroom. The space The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped to help you rest and make some meals. There is a beautiful garden right outside of the apartment and large patio with outdoor furniture right outside of kitchen. Brand new mini split AC will keep you cool even on the hottest days. There is TV with local channels in a corner where dining table is, so you can catch up on local news, check the weather, etc. There is a desk in each bedroom and very good wifi connection. Guest access There is a keyless entry. You will receive a 4 digit pass code for the door's lock.Each guests has a unique pass code. it works for the front entrance and your room. Other guest will have different pass code which works for the front entrance and their bedroom. During your stay You will be able to easily reach me by text, email, or phone. Let me know if you would like to hang out, otherwise I'll leave you alone :) Other things to note You might be sharing kitchen and bathroom with other guests so please keep your personal belongings in your room and kitchen and bathroom clean (no dishes in the sink). No parties, events, or gatherings allowed. Thank you. Laundry is available only to those guests who stay here for 5 or more days. I do not have parking space available for this There is 2 hours parking restriction on the street Mon-Frid 8am-6pm. Practically you would be fine parking there anytime after 4pm, overnight, and until 10 am the next day, and all day/night on weekends. Park only where 2 hr restriction is indicated. Do not park right in front of the house where resident parking sticker is required. You will be ticketed there. There are also 3 parking lots within 3-5 min walk from the house. They charge around $6/day, which is very good for Boston. Also, read street cleaning signs and move the car to the opposite side on the day the cleaning is indicated. Make sure to use Charlestown (not Boston) when entering the address in GPS or when you ask the taxi/Uber/Lift driver where to go. Registration Details STR-383107
