This awesome 4-BR waterfront home on the grounds of our spacious property overlooks the Annisquam River all the way to Wingaersheek Beach. Enjoy this slice of paradise with serene views, a private deck, a dock (tidal) and 2 parking spaces. All located in the midst of amazing, landscaped gardens. The 3-level house is fully furnished featuring a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen, dining area, 4.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. This is your quintessential waterfront New England get-away! The space This home overlooks the beautiful Annisquam River inlet and Wingaersheek Beach on the opposite side of the bay. It is safe for swimming. Our private dock is very inviting for sunbathing and for enjoying the sunsets. Guest access We require a 5-day minimum stay. Resident agrees to release, defend and hold harmless Owner from any/all liability connected with the use of the dock facilities by the Residents and their guests. A signed waiver will be required prior to dock use/access. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow pets. No parties or events please. Thank you.
