This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us! The main room/bedroom has a queen sized bed, small table and chairs for eating or working, and bureau to organize your clothes in both drawers and on hangers. The mini-kitchen/pantry area has a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, counter space for prep, and plates, bowls, mugs and cups. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, vanity and shower. Please note there is not a TV, but there is Wi-Fi if you'd like to connect and watch anything on your laptop. The entire studio suite is available to you. But the backyard, driveway and main house are just for us, the owners. To enter the space, park your car on the street and walk up the driveway. The entrance is on the driveway, up two wooden stairs. You'll know it's the right door because it has a keypad directly on the door. Please park on the street--there is always plenty of street parking available directly in front of the house. Many of our guests are looking for quiet and privacy, so we let you do your own thing and typically don't interact much or at all in person. That being said, if you have a question or need help with anything, I'm always happy to come by the apartment and help. The house is located right across the street from a park with playgrounds, walking and biking paths, and basketball courts. We are a 10 min walk from the local Lawrenceville restaurants, bakeries, Starbucks and the Lawrenceville School. It's a 5 min drive to Rider University and 15 min drive to Princeton University, or 20 mins on the bus. We clean the space thoroughly in between all reservations, with the service of a professional cleaner. If you are doing a long stay (1 or more weeks), we leave you fresh towels and sheet outside the door each week.
