WEEKLY BOOKINGS ONLY from Sat. to Sat. accepted for the months of mid-June, July and Aug, early Sept.. We require 3-night rental forl off season bookings (May to mid-June, Sept. to mid-Oct.). If requesting a partial stay, no Sun. checkout; must be a Sat. or earlier as renters are coming in for full weeks Sat. to Sat.. The space If you have a small party of two or even four, you will love this brand new nicely decorated home! We just finished the home and it's now ready to rent. New garage (unattached) located on the side of the home is not included as part of the rental and is still not finished inside. You'll love this home along w/the location having easy access to Provincetown and more! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The home offers a deck in back of the house along w/a small porch deck area w/rocking chairs, etc. Parking is available in the yard. Other things to note Great outside shower w/hot water! Please do not inquire if you have a pet (even those that don't create allergy problems). . We will not accept pets as many of our renters have asked to be in a pet-free home which our home is.
