Guests enjoy a full-sized bathroom with bath and beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Breville oven/toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The studio also contains a new Whirlpool washer and dryer for your convenience. As the space is fully heated and cooled and accompanied by daily natural light throughout, guests often feel as if they are residing within a comfortable canopy amongst an evergreen forest. Parking for two cars and an outside shower are included. Wifi, as well as Flat Screen HDTV with Apple TV and ATT TV streaming are included. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, are all accessible via the Apple TV, using your account. Guest access Our newly paved private road is located off of Route 28, making it easy for guests to access downtown Chatham located 3 miles away. Marion's Pie Shop is within walking distance, where you can pick up freshly baked goods and sandwiches. Ridgevale Beach is a 20 minute walk away and the Bike Path is situated across the street. Schoolhouse Pond is 1 mile from the house, and just further, the popular Corner Store that features the best burritos around. Guests will have access to their own private outdoor space that includes a Weber grille, chaise lounges, and a bistro table and chairs with umbrella. Use of an outdoor shower is also available. The space is accessible through a secure entrance inside the garage, up a single flight of stairs. Other things to note This space is not available for year-round rental.
