Lake lovers and college football fans...you will LOVE this house! Lots of privacy, huge kitchen, dock, fire pit, gas grill, kayaks, and more! Beautiful Lake Hartwell home… where 1000 miles of shore awaits you! Our home is located just minutes away from Clemson, Seneca, Anderson, and more! Just 25 steps to your private dock, and 7 miles/ 10 mins from Death Valley (Memorial Stadium!) 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. You must be at least 25 to rent. NO pets allowed, sorry!No fireworks This 2 story house is ready for you, your family, and friends! There are four bedrooms and it can sleep 11 people. Main level: One king master bedroom, with its own bathroom. And also one bunk bed room - with a double bed on the bottom and a twin mattress up top. Another full bathroom on main level next to laundry room. Upstairs: One queen room, and one over sized king room with a king bed; two twin mattresses stacked in this big room’s alcove - they can be unstacked to sleep two more people. On Main level, there is also a big indoor sunroom with lake views. A large brick patio in the back with a propane grill. Tons of parking. *Please don’t park in the grass. In addition to the main driveway, there is also a gravel driveway beside the house that you are welcome to use. * No pets allowed inside the home please.* The whole house is available for you to use. There are a couple owner’s closets that are locked and marked as such. Enjoy the dock, outdoor fire pit, outdoor chairs, and gas grill (please make sure to pull it away from the house so the heat from the grill doesn’t damage the exterior of the house). Available for questions anytime - We are only a text or call away, but my goal is to give you the privacy you need and deserve. Not in a neighborhood. At the end of a quiet street, in a cul de sac. Minutes from Clemson or Seneca. Plenty of parking. Easy to drive in your car to and from Clemson. Bike rentals are available if you want to bike around campus. If you have a little too much fun downtown, you can normally Uber to the lake for about $12-$15. You can also get around via boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddle board. Call Clemson Marina (about 3 miles away) if you don’t have your own and they can talk to you about rentals. **No college parties. Full-time residences on both sides of the home. This home is in a wonderful and quiet residential area that is perfect for families and friends who want to hang out and enjoy some lake time. **Must be 25 years old to rent. This is our home - not a frat house so kindly rent elsewhere if that’s what you are looking for. **No pets allowed. Even the well-behaved, no shedding, crated fur babies. **Swim/lake towels are not provided. Please bring your own. The white bath towels should not be used outside. South Carolina lakes have a red clay bottom which stains white towels. Other info: 2 kayaks, paddles, and life jackets included! The lake is great for swimming and the water at the dock is about 12’ deep. The public boat launch is about 500 yards away so it’s easy to get your boat and jet ski in the water. House has its own dock. Depending on the size of your boat (ex. pontoon), there is plenty of room to tie up your boat on the side of the dock. There is also Clemson Marina very nearby, which rents boats and has a great restaurant. If you rent a boat, there are several rocks to jump off and rope swings to try at the lake and we have a map at the house that shows where they all are. The lake has almost 1,000 miles of shoreline so there is lots to see and do (even “ghost island”, which has old military graves on top you can walk up and see…..kids and adults alike love it!). We also have a game room in the garage with air hockey, ping pong and several other games. The closest grocery store is about 10 mins away and there are several to choose from. The area also has lots of nearby outdoor activities (ie white water rafting, hiking to waterfalls and other swimming holes, mountain bike trails, etc).
