We offer 1 complimentary beverage per guest. You will have your own bedroom, walk in closet with hangers, and private bathroom with two sinks (perfect for two traveling together). Our home is a short distance to many popular locations including super dome and WWII Museum (see our guest book for ideas). For things farther away, the street car is cheap and only three blocks from our front door and travels to many areas of the city. 1.5 miles from Bourbon street. The space This is a completely brand new home and we are the first people to own or live in it. Everything is new and energy efficient. All the floors are either wood or stone tile and all the countertops are granite. It's a beautiful home and we are sure you'll love it. You even have access to your own walk in closet with hangers. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. Guest access You will have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, front porch, guest bathroom, private bathroom, and of course the room you are renting. Feel free to use any dishes or cookware! Also please feel free to make coffee as often as you'd like. During your stay Almost always one of us are home. If you need any help, in any way, please reach out. If we are not home, you will be given our contact information upon your arrival. Other things to note You are in a perfect location as so much is located just a few blocks from our house (Delmonico's, New Orleans Jazz Market, St. Charles Streetcar, Avenue Pub, etc). If you really enjoy walking, the entrance to Bourbon Street is exactly 1.5 miles away. If walking isn't your thing, everything is a quick streetcar, Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride away.
