The living room has a giant sectional couch , 54 inch 3 people can sleep on. The spare bedroom has 2 very nice futons which convert to Twin Beds. This room also has a BAY window. There is a common bathroom full with sink and shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed , and a view overlooking Boston's East Side. It's gorgeous. The master bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower no tub. The tub is in the other bathroom. It's OCD clean. It's my bachelor pad while I'm in Boston for business. There is coin operated laundry card machine in lobby 5 dollar Bill's only. There is 2 underground safe garage parking spots. Shopping carriage available to help you move up to the penthouse units. It's pretty stripped right now. There is no televisions or WIFI. Reason for the deep discount. It's getting ready for renovation. But it is a great spot to just sleep , shower and enjoy amazing views of Revere Beach Boston. The building is under repair but no noise up on 9th floor. I live near bye. Guest access The entire condo is available for your use. I ask you respect any of my personal items. No smoking in the condo. But you can smoke anything on the balcony where there is a container for ash. Please don't throw anything off the balcony. The trash shute is right outside m ain enterance to the right. When you leave please just throw your trash down the shute. Other things to note The neighborhood and building management is not the greatest. It's safe but just be aware of your surroundings at night outside.
