Old Baton Rouge charm easy walking distance to LSU

Surrounded by magnificent live oaks, our home offers a sanctuary with character and charm. The beautifully landscaped yard provides a great setting for outside entertaining, and the open kitchen and living area is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinner with your guests. Located within walking distance of LSU campus, the house is perfect for attending sporting events, festivals, and many other activities in the area. The space As you can see in the pictures, our house has a lot of character and plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Please no parties, as we had a bad experience last year with several broken items. Guest access You have access to the entire house, excluding the upstairs office which is private for security reasons. Other things to note Since we are in a neighborhood right next to LSU there is a lot of traffic on game days, but none through the neighborhood as there is only one way in. The football stadium is an easy 30 minute walk from our house.
