Stone Harbor Water Views

Located on Stone Harbor Boulevard. Minutes from the beach. The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day. The space You have incredible views of the back bays and the wetlands. Please take notice of the pictures posted in the listing. This space features a galley kitchen a living room and a bedroom. Please read other things to note about the available beds. The bathroom is located off the kitchen. It is small with a shower stall but a bigger outdoor shower is available. An outdoor table for eating is available on the deck. We do not have an indoor dining table because of limited space although we have a table available if you would like one. There is a laundry room available. Guest access You will have water access to go swimming, paddle boarding, crabbing and fishing. The tide does go in and out twice a day and low tide tends to be more mud than water. Please note because low tide doesn’t have much water, you cannot swim or do other water activities during low tide. There is a lot of wildlife to observe during low tide. There is an outdoor shower for sandy rinse off. 2 Beach tags will be provided for the beach. Children do not need beach tags. Our house is 3.1 miles to the nearest beach. Other things to note We have a queen bed in the bedroom The living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. Please note, our house is located on the road leading into Stone Harbor. The house is set back from the road(See photos) so you can park in a parking space in front of the house and not on the road. The speed limit is 45mph in front of our house because it is the main road leading into Stone Harbor. It can be busy at times. It is about a 5 minute drive to the closest beach. I would not recommend riding bikes from our house into Stone Harbor because of the traffic on the road. Although many people do bike on this road. We would appreciate if you leave our space clean by sweeping and wiping up areas that you have used during your stay. I DO NOT charge a cleaning fee to keep additional costs down.
