Down by the Bay

Family-friendly home in a residential neighborhood, free beaches, a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the bay! The space Our home is a sweet cozy bungalow that contains three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a full size kitchen, living room, and backyard area with an outdoor shower. There is a spacious front porch for dining and enjoying the bay breeze. Our home is on the bayside of the island with a walkable beach a few blocks away. Guest access Our home has a long driveway that accommodates multiple vehicles. There is also free parking on the street. The neighborhood is very walkable, with sidewalks on each block. The sidewalks run right down to the beach, so walking there is safe and easy. The neighborhood is residential and quiet; we have known many of our neighbors for decades, and they are like family to us! We are opening up our home for autumn rentals for the first time this year; we hope you enjoy the crips fall weather and exciting local activities down the shore as much as we do! Other things to note We have contracted with a new cleaning service, and we are very excited to be working with them!
