We are less than 1 mile to Bozeman Health Hospital, 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes to MSU and 10 minutes to the airport. At no time can we provide transportation. BUS STOP is 1/4 mile bus is free and called Streamline. This is a Family home with a PRIVATE entry for guests, with a completely private space. It is an open concept efficiency apartment in lower level basement 400 square foot area. There is ONE queen size bed. Not suitable for small children, NO PETS No smoking on the premises We prefer nonsmokers Off street parking Follow sidewalk on the left of driveway take the stairs down to stairwell/patio. Please leave sporting goods stored in or on vehicle such as SnowBoards, Skis, poles, paddles, bikes, boats or any other bulky items. If you want to bring in SKI BOOTS please have them stored in a bag. No ski or snowboard sharpening or waxing onsite. Guest access Thru sliding door in Lower level basement efficiency apartment. Patio space with table and chairs provided. Other things to note Walking/running/mountain bike/ road bike/cross country and skate ski trails are Minutes away on the Gallatin hiking trail system 1/2 mile away, practically out the front door 1.3 miles from Main Street 5 minutes driving time to middle of town. Books are free on book shelf. Water softener I use NORWEX for all cleaning in the Airbnb, BEAR SPRAY FOR RENT 10.00 PER CANISTER for your duration of the stay. lol
