There is a separate listing for the beautiful 2 BR Suite The space This one of a kind house shaped like a PYRAMID has 5,600 square feet of living area. It has two kitchens and a third wet bar/kitchenette. The theater room is great for movie night or watching ball games. The rec room/banquet room has patio doors to a HUGE outside patio/BBQ . We have 3 master BRs with king beds and 3 other bedrooms with 2 or more beds in them plus couches. We have accommodated many large families in the past. The following are the 3 rental options available for this HUGE HOME. 90% of our rentals during the summer are for the whole 6 BR - 5,600 sq ft house. HUGE SAVINGS …. PRICES on weekly rentals get a 20% discount and a 40% discount on monthly rental rates. 2 bedroom suite : you will have a choice to have access to the upper two levels (2,000 sq ft) or a portion of the lower level (3,000 sq ft) ..... Cost is $250 per night Sun - Thurs and $400 per night Fri & Sat 4 bedroom suite : you rent the huge ground level main floor with 3,600 square feet. $400 per night Sun - Thurs and $550 per night on Fri & Sat 6 bedroom house : You have all 5,600 square feet of the house. $550 per night Sun - Thurs and $700 per night on Fri & Sat The Pyramid House is directly across the street from a public access that you can board a boat or a pontoon or just swim or play in the water. A DNR fishing dock is just two house away to the west. Other things to note Clear Lake is directly across the street with a public access that makes it easy to swim and play in the lake or load guests into boats and pontoons. Boat rental is available in town. AS NOTED BEFORE : I have not used Airbnb much because most of my business is repeat and word of mouth business that has been built on renting to hundreds of people for about 20 years. I have had great reviews since we made these Home Improvements including a new roofing system. I rent MY PYRAMID HOUSE out to others using other web sites and other sources but all my guests have loved the MAJOR RENOVATIONS and improvements and the new management and cleaning services have been well received. My guests have loved the space and location and amenities of the house and our reviews have been great since these changes and improvements have been made.
