Bedroom with Private Full Bath in Quiet Town

We are renting out a bedroom in our modern colonial house in a convenient but quiet neighborhood of Hopkinton, MA. This is a large 9-acre plot with wooded area and lake access that provides a lot of peaceful natural environment and privacy. There is access to a 24-hour supermarket across the street, along with hip dining options. The location is only a few-minute-drive to access the I-495 highway. Starbucks and Dunkin are within a mile from the house. The space We are a family of 3 with a 2 and half-year-old daughter. We provide a TV in the room and a private full bath with a double sink for the guests. The kitchen area is shared, and you can use the utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook. During your stay We live in the house.
