The space This beautiful home was just newly built in Middletown, New Jersey. This listing is for a cozy private bedroom, TV and shared bathroom. You will have your own private bedroom and shared bathroom with a walk in shower. Both the bedroom, closet and bathroom are brand new! You will also be able to use the kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. The room you will be staying in has multiple pillows, closet with hangers, closet space for shoes, and a night stand. There is also a brand new washer + dryer that you are welcome to use. You will be sharing the common areas, kitchen, and bathroom with the other roommates in the house. Clean towels, bed sheets, and soap are supplied. Guest access Guests will have access to WiFi, kitchen, living room, refrigerator, microwave, and outdoor patio. If you want to use the fire pit please buy your own wood. If you want to use the barbecue, make sure to bring coal. During your stay If you need anything, you can message me on Airbnb and I will respond as soon as I can. Other things to note *The front and back of the house are monitored by Ring. *There are no guests allowed at anytime unless they are registered. LONG TERM GUESTS (7 DAYS+) You will only be charged the cleaning fee one time. If you are staying over 7 nights you are responsible to clean up after yourselves, take out the trash, recycling, clean your own bathroom, vacuum, etc. There are cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. There will be a cleaning before you move in and after your stay. I will only be supplying you with clean linens, towels, and soap. You must provide all of your own household supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, etc. I also live in the house so all of my things are everywhere please be respectful and do not eat my food. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SHORT TERM GUESTS (UNDER 6 NIGHTS) You will only be charged the cleaning fee one time. I clean everything before you check in + after you check out.
