You will also be able to use the kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. The room you will be staying in has multiple pillows, closet with hangers, closet space for shoes, and a night stand. There is also a brand new washer + dryer that you are welcome to use. You will be sharing the common areas, kitchen, and bathroom with the other roommates in the house. Clean towels, bed sheets, and soap are supplied. Guests will have access to WiFi, kitchen, living room, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, and outdoor patio. If you want to use the fire pit please buy your own wood. If you want to use the barbecue, make sure to bring coal. If you are staying over 7 nights you are responsible to clean up after yourselves, take out the trash, recycling, clean your own bathroom, vacuum, etc. There is vacuum in the living room corner which needs to be plugged in at all times. (It dies quickly). There are cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. There will be a cleaning before you move in and after your stay. I will only be supplying you with clean linens, towels, and soap. You must provide all of your own household supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, etc. I also live in the house so all of my things are everywhere please be respectful and do not eat my food. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SHORT TERM GUESTS (UNDER 6 NIGHTS) You will only be charged the cleaning fee one time. I clean everything before you check in + after you check out.
