Two 60" flat screen televisions provide electronic entertainment if desired. A fully equipped kitchen along with a gas stove/oven and Weber grill enhance the cooking experience. Though opening the windows to the mountain air is typically sufficient for cooling in the summer months, the home is equipped with central air. For cooler seasons, the home has two primary heat sources (forced air furnace and an above ground heat pump) along with a gas fireplace to add coziness and comfort.
