We are 1 mile to Good Harbor Beach , 1 mile to Niles Beach , 9/10 mile to Rocky Neck Art Center and 1.2 miles from downtown Gloucester. NOTICE: During the school year, our street is one way from 8:00 until 8:45 and from 2:00 until 2:45 each school day. Guests can control the heat with the thermostat in the kitchen. Please be aware that there is a step down coming into the kitchen. It often takes people by surprise. For Whale Watching trips, be sure to check out Groupon. The space NOTE: **THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM!!** Two bedrooms plus an eat In kitchen. Twin beds can be made up as a King bed when requested. We have a white noise device in the front bedroom as sometimes our voices carry into the apartment. We try our best to be very quiet but it is a shared house. We don't object to noise from our guests. NOTE: THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM. Kitchen includes tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, pots and pans, dishes and access to any of my spices you might need to cook. (Just ask.) Towels, sheets and beach towels provided. You are also welcome to use our bicycle. Cable TV, private bath and very quiet neighborhood makes this an ideal space to relax and unwind. Park in driveway next to your door. Laundromat is one block away. Guest access Parking and cable TV including HBO and other premium channels. If you need spices for cooking, just ask. WIFI is available and password is posted in apartment. Other things to note Our neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment does have a window air conditioner.
